Prologue: The World-Bridge is charged.    For an entire year the Ventradi waited patiently for this sacred day, the day when the world-bridge would once more reach it's peak power. Great resources had been poured into the empowering of the device. It was an artifact centuries old that ebbed with magic long gone. Carefully, four Ventradi, each devoted to a specific aspect of rune magic, began the assembly of the world-bridge with delicate precision.
